The Intercity Planetary
The Intercity Planetary is a greyweb arts, media and organizational network using p2p hosting and quantum simulators to balance datasets, metrics and transactions in relation to the amount of children dying of
preventable poverty per day. For every child that dies, they use a quantum-aware network to contribute a view, comment, like, hit or element of data across our network towards a media representation that contributes to projects offsetting regional social imbalances, planetary ecological balances, and projects contributing towards preventing child poverty.

There are various decentralized ecosystems

a human to continuously self-develop
into an individual capable of maintaining
regional security and planetary ecoogical
balance.

4 hours per day of presentation, mediation & negotiation.

The most effective implementation process
with highest probabilities of success is as such:
1. A verified polymath with 3 or 5 of the polymath literacies.
2. A skilled laborer with 1 to 2 out of 5 polymath literacies.
3. An unskilled laborer fleshing out a single literacy.
4. A participant who's image or information is used
as proof of participation.
5. A broker who is compensated fairly with respect to
the scope of the transaction.
The cost and risk of not distributing
polymath level literacy is enormous,
particularly with modern planetary
infrastructures, as evidenced today.
Paradoxically, humans should be encouraged
and incentivized to develop the literacies of a polymath through art, play and zero risk simulation environments.
This is the most effective and a quantifiable regional security measure and effective carbon
sequestration investment, who's probabilities can be supported by multiple case studies of war and urban areas across multiple societies and periods of time.
